Yes, the device will be fully set up when delivered to your business.

There are no set up costs that the merchant will be subjected to.

You do not need to pay for the device.

The NETWORK POS allows you to accept both mobile money and card payments, allowing customers to make payments using their preferred payment method.

Funds collected from the NETWORK POS will be settled according to your agreed settlement cycle with your NETWORK Sales Manager during on boarding.

To reverse funds back to the customer from the NETWORK POS, the process to be followed will be:

  • Merchant’s user enters the NETWORK transaction ID, selects the Refund icon, and according to the access rights granted to the user, the refund is completed.
  • In case the NETWORK account has a maker-checker process, the merchant’s designated users will initiate and complete the refund via the NETWORK system (merchant portal).

  • Consolidated Sales Reports: The POS generates same-day consolidated card and mobile money sales reports, allowing merchants to have up-to-date information on their daily transactions and revenue. This helps in managing finances and making informed business decisions. 

The NETWORK POS at the moment accepts all VISA and Mastercard cards. 

Plans are underway to add the other major card schemes- an item that will be updated once completed. 

Yes, NETWORK offers the convenience of using your own MPESA paybill.

Unfortunately, the till number cannot be integrated into the device for now, due to the limited data entries the feature offers.
