- Merchant’s user enters the NETWORK transaction ID, selects the Refund icon, and according to the access rights granted to the user, the refund is completed.
- In case the NETWORK account has a maker-checker process, the merchant’s designated users will initiate and complete the refund via the NETWORK system (merchant portal).
