Tripindigo is website that allows visitors to plan and book trips in and around East Africa. It provides online booking services for flights, hotels, car rentals, activities, and more.

History

Tripindigo was originally launched as Flyezee.com, by a group of travelers with 10 years of experience travelling throughout East Africa. At first, Flyezee.com aimed to meet the pain points of organizing travel in the East African region.  Finding good priced flights involved searching multiple websites for prices and schedules. It was time-consuming, and difficult. Flyeeze.com took the hassle out of booking flights by offering a one-stop solution where users could search for the best flight prices.

However, not long after launch, the founders were inundated with requests for related services – hotels, car hire, transfers, and activities. It was difficult for travelers to make their plans, especially when it came to visiting remote regions. As a result, the creators of Flyezee.com decided to extend their services, and offer full itinerary building services, under the new name, Tripindigo. At the moment, the website is limited to flight booking, but other services will be added soon.

The service

Tripindigo allows you, as a tour operator or travel agent, to serve the increasingly large influx of tourism in East Africa. Like most travel specialists in East Africa, you may find yourself following a long, arduous process involving multiple phone calls to individual airlines, and booking individual flights for return and multi-destination flights. Sometimes, routes are sold out while you are mid-booking, and you are forced to start again. Thanks to Tripindigo, this scenario is becoming a thing of the past.
