Network POS accepts Visa, Mastercard, M-PESA, Airtel Money, Apple Pay, Samsung Pay, and Google Pay — all on one device.
Pre-Auth (Pre-Authorisation) lets you hold a card amount before the final total is known — a room deposit at check-in, or a running tab at a restaurant. When the customer settles, you complete the Pre-Auth for the final amount. The customer taps or inserts their card at each stage. Note: Pre-Auth Completion must be done on the same terminal as the original Pre-Auth.

Yes. Network POS devices can be used with WiFi and SIM 4G. It uses normal SIM cards. No dead zones, no lost transactions at your busiest moments.
Yes — Settlements go to whichever bank you choose. No need to switch banks or open new accounts.
Select Mobile Money Refund on your device, enter the refund amount (equal to or less than the original sale), and enter the transaction reference from the original receipt. Confirmed immediately on screen. Note: If refund functionality is unavailable on your device, contact your Relationship Manager.
