You can switch your Network POS to WiFi if SIM 4G is weak. Network POS uses the normal SIM cards — not IoT. No dead zones, no dropped transactions.

Does my customer get confirmation of their payment?

Yes — twice. After every transaction, your customer receives the standard M-PESA or bank notification, plus a second confirmation SMS from Network. This dual confirmation reduces payment disputes and builds customer trust.
