How quickly does settlement work?

My area sometimes has poor signal. Will the POS still work?

Yes. Network POS devices can be used with WiFi and SIM 4G. It uses normal SIM cards. No dead zones, no lost transactions at your busiest moments.

Does the device work with my bank account?

Yes — Settlements go to whichever bank you choose. No need to switch banks or open new accounts.

How do I issue a refund for a customer who paid by M-PESA?

Select Mobile Money Refund on your device, enter the refund amount (equal to or less than the original sale), and enter the transaction reference from the original receipt. Confirmed immediately on screen. Note: If refund functionality is unavailable on your device, contact your Relationship Manager.
